What we collect

Your quiz answers (habits you describe — not measurements), the email address you give us, whether you agreed to marketing emails, and basic purchase records.

If you create an account or buy a journey, we also store your account details, securely hashed password, daily check-ins, personalized reports, subscription and cancellation status, and transactional email delivery records.

A random session identifier stored in a cookie so this browser can return to your results. We store only a hash of it.

What we use it for

To create your profile and report, deliver it to you by email, process your purchase, and keep the service secure.

Marketing emails are only sent if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or share your answers with advertisers. SleepMap isn't a medical service; your answers and reports can nevertheless contain sensitive information about your personal habits, so we restrict access to them.

Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted page and never reach SleepMap.

Service providers

Card payments are processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. Transactional emails, including account verification and private report links, are delivered through our configured SMTP email service. These services receive the information necessary to process payments or deliver messages; we do not send your quiz answers to the payment provider. Demo purchases do not process card payments.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority. We may retain purchase records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
